Biography of Toni Linenberger
Information Security Officer / OPSEC Program Manager / NERC CIP Compliance Liaison / and general “Networking Goddess” at United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation
Toni Linenberger brings twenty years of utility experience, in a variety of positions, to any conversation. Author of the definitive work on Reclamation’s Power Program, she has a wide-breadth of knowledge related to Reclamation and the public power industry.
Currently, Ms. Linenberger is working in Reclamation’s Security Safety and Law Enforcement office helping build and solidify interagency collaboration in the areas of information security, operations security, facility security, guard force standards, contracting, interagency collaboration, and NERC-CIP.
A recognized expert in information protection and development of public / private partnerships, Ms. Linenberger is currently co-chair of the Dams Sector Information Sharing Working Group, a position she has held for the last ten years. In this role she’s facilitated development and implementation of sector-wide information sharing policy and protocol to decrease the risk to Dams Sector facilities across both the federal and private sector.
